Koninklijke Doeksen, a Dutch boating company and ferry operator has acquired a majority stake in Royal Huisman, a producer of luxury yachts and large sailing boats. Huisman was looking for a partner to invest in its shipyard since there wasn’t a suitable candidate within the family to take over the business.
