Vescom, a Dutch textile products manufacturer, has acquired Tektura, a UK-based company active in the design, development, assembly, sale and distribution of wallcoverings, acoustic solutions and wall protection, from BN Holding, a Dutch factory specialising in wallpaper and other wall coverings.
