Intern Corporate Finance / M&A

As an intern at Hemingway, you will be involved in our entrepreneurial M&A practice from day one. You will work closely with the team and gain first-hand exposure to how transactions are prepared and executed. Your responsibilities will include supporting analyses, company profiles, information memoranda, market research, and other activities related to ongoing transactions.

As an entrepreneurial M&A boutique based in Amsterdam, we combine transaction expertise with a strong national and international network. We advise entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses, investors, and companies seeking the right strategic or financial partner.

REQUIREMENTS

• You are currently enrolled at a university, or you have already completed a master's degree.
• You have a relevant academic background or a strong motivation to pursue an internship in corporate finance and M&A.
• You have strong analytical skills and work accurately.
• You are proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable taking responsibility.
• You have an affinity with entrepreneurship, strategy, and deals.
• You enjoy working in a small, ambitious, and professional team.
• You are available full-time for a minimum of 4 months.
• Excellent written and verbal comunication skills in Dutch.
